Know that you are being well taken care of
Generally, people think of the universe as this black space that houses all the stars, galaxies, planets, and everything else that we can observe. Seldom does it happen that they venture deeper into the core truth — the nature of reality. Those who have done so, have understood that the universe is actually an infinite consciousness (or energy) that pervades everything.
So, in essence, everything exists inside this consciousness and it exists inside everything. It’s a beautiful play that we are all a part of. During our lives, this infinite intelligence gives us a lot of hints and signs to tell us that it has our backs. It wants to make sure that we are able to traverse the journey of our lives to the best of our ability. Let’s take a look at some of these signs.
1. Synchronicity
Synchronicity is a series of coincidences that are so meaningful that they don’t “feel” like coincidences. Has this ever happened to you? These experiences can be quite mysterious and intriguing. And when they happen, you can’t help but think that there is something deeper involved. For instance, you could be leaving for work in the morning and hear a particular song on the radio. Then, at work, you might hear someone singing the same song. Then, when you come back home, your spouse may be whistling to the tune of that song.
When such synchronicities happen, it is a good idea to pay attention to what’s repeating again and again. This can help you gain valuable insights into what the universe is trying to tell you. Generally, these happen when the universe wants to make its presence known and to assure you that you are supported.
2. Angel Numbers
Most people, if not all, have come across angel numbers at least once in their life. These are special sequences of numbers that are apparently used by our guardian angels to deliver messages to us. If you didn’t already know, there are guardian spirits that exist in the spirit plane that are tasked with supporting and guiding us. These divine beings use numbers like 111, 222, 333, 444, etc to send specific messages at particular stages in our lives.
You could see a specific angel number in the traffic, at a friend’s birthday party, on your phone when you wake up, in your bill at a restaurant, and so on. No matter the angel number, you can rest assured that they are another sign that you are supported. After all, they do provide guidance and support at critical junctures of life.
3. Miracles
We have all experienced miracles in our lives. Sometimes, a situation seems so adverse that a turnaround seems impossible. But, out of nowhere, something happens and everything gets resolved as if by divine intervention. Miracles happen all the time in sports matches, during surgeries, during accidents, and even in the normal day-to-day course of life. If miracles are more common in your life than is normal, take that as a definite sign that the universe supports you.
4. Timely Help
Challenges are a part of life, no matter who you are. On the pursuit of your dreams and desires, you are bound to hit roadblocks, pitfalls, sudden curves, and detours. This is life’s way of making you capable of handling the success you seek. And that’s completely okay. However, it is always better if you can receive some timely help. Even if it is just a tiny hint.
So, whenever you find yourself in a pickle, and you get just the help you need, this is the universe making sure you head in the right direction. It signifies how connected you are to the underlying fabric of reality.
5. Comforting Presence
Even during the rough patches of life, your family and friends provide a comforting presence. Just being around them makes you feel like everything is going to be okay. This helps you deal with any situation that arises in your path. Similarly, the universe has a way of making its presence felt. And it’s quite easy for it to do that as the higher consciousness exists everywhere.
So, the next time you are in the midst of chaos, and yet, you feel a calming presence, please know that it is because of the divine’s grace. Feeling relaxed even during tough times is a tell-tale sign that you are blessed with the universe’s guidance.
6. You Manifest Things Easily
The manifestation process involves bringing something that exists only in your head, into the physical reality. How fast and smoothly that happens, depends largely on your thoughts and emotions. The more positive and exuberant they are, the easier you manifest things.
There is one more variable in this context — the universe itself. If the universe has your back, your manifestation game will be on a whole another level. It will literally feel like you have the Midas touch. I am sure you must have seen these kinds of people who seem to have all the luck in the world when it comes to realizing their dreams.
7. Guiding Dreams
The universe can speak to you in infinite and mysterious ways. One of these is through dreams. When that happens, you get the answers to your pressing questions in your dreams. You could also get unsolicited suggestions, guidance, messages, visuals, and so on. Consider yourself very lucky if this happens.
Sure, it can be a little difficult to decipher what these dreams mean. After all, there is no handbook that has the meanings of all your dreams. But, based on your current state of life, you can definitely make an educated guess. This alone can be extremely helpful, and a sure sign that you are supported by the universe.

Above the above signs, I am most familiar with angel numbers and easy manifestiation.
I don’t have any scientific evidence to prove the universe has my back, but I can prove my trust in the universe has allowed me to live carefree and follow my heart, and more important, to stop trying to control other people or the situations. I live with joy and ease most of the time and I am going to keep that trust for a while.
